This painting was accepted into the California State Fair fine arts competition and was given an Award of Merit. It also received a Publisher's Award from Inside Publications and this month is featured as the cover art on the Land Park edition of Inside magazine. This painting is from 2003. It was a cold evening and Rose pulled a sweater up to get warm, thus the unusual look of the clothing. Rose is also known as Rehema.
